Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Unknown Tachnid (?) in Portugal

Size of a house fly, found near the sea. Looks like a Tachinid but I suppose it could be a Calliphorid.

Definitely a tachinid ... I always get these ones confused but it'll be something like Clairvillia or Besseria Smile

I would say, a male Clairvillia biguttata Smile
