Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Dipteran pupae ?

Dear forum
Hope you can help me out with this ID. I've only have the puparia. Please see photos below...
Pupae were found in a container.
It appears as if the pupae have 2 respiratory (or similar) tubes.
Grid is 1 mm

I have to think of Phorid pupae, but I have very little experience with it (little = no!)

or even Lonchoptera pupae, perhaps

These are Phoridae - Spiniphora are well-known for breeding in containers such as old milk bottles.
