The length of this wasp did not reach 1 mm. I had found it on a blossom of quince. What is it? As far as I know the smallest individuals among the Hymenoptera are Cynipidae and Mymaridae.

This is a braconid, so family Braconidae. It belongs in the subfamily Aphidiinae, which are parasitoids of Aphids!
