Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tipulidae? from Romania

Hi!

the last fly photographed two days ago (24.april.2007) in the same location: Nucsoara (Romania) ~ 700 m.

size of the body -20 mm

sorry at light with out any natural light.

This one superfacially looks very much like something in the Tipula (Nippotipula) group. I took a quick check at the Catalogue of Palaearctic Diptera and the only candidate would be Tipula (Nippotipula) coquilletti. No way for me to confirm that Sad
