Loc.: Slovenia. Wings seems to be final as I have it stored for couple of hours.

Chionea (Limoniidae) or something related.

My first tought, but there is no snow now & it has some wings.
Similarity to my find of Chionea alpina - in room conditions it dies pretty fast, looks like it dries up and dies.
