Lot of these were seen on drying mud at the bottom of a small brook with almost no water left in it. They crawled and mated and were quickly out of sight when there was no more sunlight. Size around 3 mm.

I'll guess this is
Ditrichophora albifrons
, but it's not a species I know - I think it would be best to get Marina Krivosheina to have a look at it.
