Nope. This one is 'much' plumpier, to a Tachinist eye.
This is the female of Phryxe nemea, one of the most reared Tachinidae and most difficult to ID for the beginner, unfortunately (I would need 3 full sentences to explain the ID).
ONce you know what it is, you might try to use the key yourself.

I've got these flies before

three out of one Phlogophora meticulosa.
This time I got one Phryxe nemea out of one unidentified Tortrix sp.

Keep up the good work, both the rearing and the pictures !
some Tachinidae are never seen in nature, but not too difficult to rear.
