Hello!
I saw this fly near Tours (France) in woodland. For me, it looked like a
Tachina fera with a strange bulb between the eyes! So, could you tell me what is it ?

Hi Matthieu,
This is a member of the Tachinid genus Gonia, no doubt.
You can actually see the characteristic reclinate orbital setae (reclinate being characteristic). My best guess would be G. vacua.
