I'm not at home now, so I can't check, but it seems to be a Blondeliini, in which case Oswaldia (muscaria) comes in mind.

Well, I would call it jizz rather than feature (don't try this at home !):
* elongated abdomen
* curved bend of vein M
* and esp. the fact that the bend is so close to the wing margin
* lack of apical scutellar bristles
All these are non conclusion, however, the combination suggests Blondeliini

I think Dima means my new camera ... but this was photographed by someone else

I would like a few more tachinids and sarcophagids to photograph but we need some better weather first
