Hi there

I snapped this Syrphid with quite biggish round antenae feeding on Thapsia villosa, in the mountains of Leon (N Spain) on July the 8th. No idea what it is (awkward) and I only have this picture, so just to know the genus will make me happy. Smile

Thanks in advance for any help!

Regards

Thank you a pile, Stephane!! TumbsUp

There are about 25 species of Eumerus in Spain, so I'm not going to struggle to find out which one it is... Grin At least I have this pic as a reference now.

I'm editing my Eumerus sp. Wink

Many thanks again. Regards
