Taken this week in La Azohia,Cartagena south of Spain,its in a pine tree, in position similar than Tretagnatha sp
size 5-7mm

perhaps Uloboridae. But it could be a new family..

Perhaps, some Uloborus, especially if it posed like Tetragnatha sp which spins horizontal orb-webs as well.
