Moscow reg., 18 May, 5-6mm
After long search in Fannidae, Anthomyiidae and Muscidae I came to Phaonia siebecki. Hope somebody knows this fly, does it look alike or not at all

After a 1,5 month gap I came back to this species and found again that everything fits quite OK.
So:
Phaonia siebecki
