Lat: -6.8468, Long: 107.5815
Adjacent to a small stream. Altitude 1000m.

Closest I found in syrphidae gallery:
meligramma cinta - a UK fly, interesting because cinta is Indonesia for love.
simosyrphus scutellaris
syrphus torvus

Project Noah named it Ischiodon scutellaris.
