Last Nobember at Taroko National Park, in the early morning near a light, prairie with few shrubs. 2-2'5 cm long.
Some ideas?

Nolidae for sure. Perhaps Meganola sp. There are many similar species in the Eastern Palearctic and Oriental region, you might try at www.jpmoth.org to see if any of the Japanese Nolinae species fit your image.
