Rather early this year . The males are easy to recognize. I think the dark females belong to the same species (?). Found on the same location, meadow near wood, on May 30 in Ostwestfalen/Germany.

Yes, you got the corresponding females.
Probably 2 generations yearly, like Ph.hemiptera

Thanks! Yes. I have seen them also in late summer, but in contrast to P. hemiptera the spring generation seems to be much more numerous.

In the Netherlands, so far only autumn generation has been recorded.
