You know I take care of larvae and when I try to determinate one, I try to avoid killing it..
Then sometimes my videos or photos are blurred by vital movements of the animal
Sorry about that

This larva was living among filamentous algae in the freshwater at the foot of a waterfall among the debris of leaves and plants in a public park in Belgium (Wallonia)
  It seems to me that this can be Clogmia Albipunctata. I could find pupae that could match those of Clogmia. I'll set up a small video clip with images of this pupa.
Thank you to correct me whether it is appropriate to do so.
