This is not my own photo The location is somewhere in Hungary but I do not know that where the picture was taken exactly. Much appreciate for any idea.

Looks like
Phania funesta
(Tachinidae) but the abdomen is greyer than I have seen in UK specimens. But it might just be the lighting or the angle.
