Yes.
A parasitoid larva ate the aphid, leaving only its mummified "skin". Then the larva weaved its cocoon under the mummy, which is typical of
Praon spp (Braconidae, Aphidiinae) as far as I know.
Other genera of Aphidiinae pupate inside the mummy.
