Not even sure it is Nomada .... mybe Vespidae ?

Hi BubikolRamios,

it's not an aculeate Hymenoptera, but a sawfly/Symphyta, maybe Tenthredinidae. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with that group, so I can't tell you more.
