size: 5-6 mm,
locality: Germany, Berlin

found on sidewalk during a mapping of digging and nesting insects on a sidewalk through the paving stones (patches).

I know it´s not the best picture, which is made under a binocular, but can anybody say which fly this is or sign a genre?

Could this be a Delia platura (Anthomyiidae)?

It is not Anthomyiidae. The sharp bend in vein M puts it in superfamily Oestroidea, probably family Tachinidae.
