Just for curiosity this shot shows how bombyliids hovering. The fly was above 2 m in relation to the ground, so it was about more than 25 cm than myself, at least. Therefore, I last about more than 30 minutes to get a decent image. And I did uplift my arms, so it was made without tripod, and it requires "millions" of patience.
