Hello,
I need some assistance identifying this one ( if possible ). I saw it ( 3-4 mm ) at the end of August near Brunssum.

With the fork in r4+5 and the abbreviated veins from the disal cell it must be the
Empis
subgenus
Coptophlebia
. By the time of year my guess is
E. vitripennis
.
