Hey
As I compare my pictures with the features and characteristics about Chironomidae/ Orthocladiinae Smittia larvae
I suggest It could be a right determination.. I had only one specimen to make observations

But further ? Could this larva be Smittia Aterrima ?

The organism was 5 mm length, color is very light green with pink and viola nuances

Found in Netherland near belgian border, in a water puddle on a boat along the river Meuse, near bird colonies
Presence of filamentous algae, rotifers Philodina Roseola and Haematococcus pluvialis macrozooides
As it was raining, and all submerged by water I don't know is this lonely larva was aquatic or not
