Looks like Jellyfish flushed to shore, but nowhere near sea, also usualy there are some internal structures visible, Not frog nest either.
Thought it is some sort of fungi at first , spotted some black group of things later on photo, upper central part (and all around).
I think I seen that before, in less quantity in some moss area.

Frog spawn gone wrong. The black bits (like caviar!) are the frog's eggs. They would normally be dispersed evenly through the jelly when spawning, but something has gone wrong here, and the eggs and jelly have been deposited separately on the ground. Perhaps it was attacked by a predator?

Hmm, yes if I put (in my mind) black things into jelly and disperse evenly it becomes frog spawn (-:

BTW: what are predators of those slimy animals. Once I spotted Salamandra salamandra on tree trunk, head and tail & rear legs and nothing in between.
Like body dissapeared into thin air, head and tail & rear legs not moved from position vhere they were at time whole animal was alive.

Snakes, otters, foxes, herons, storks, crows ... Cats will also kill frogs, but choose not to eat them.
