Hello,
unfortunately I was only able to take two pictures of this fly from a distance. Is it nevertheless possible to tell something about its identity? Maybe
Melangyna lasiopthalma
female?
On meadow near forest, northwest Germany.

Yes. Only females of M. lasiophthalma (when talking about early spring species) can have so broad and paralell (not narrowing) markings on t3 and t4.
