Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Large Bee Mimics Hoverflies ID please.

I took these Hoverfly images at the weekend in England UK. The first two images are from lowland meadows, the last three from a forest. There seems to be an array of various forms among some of the species. I believe the last is a female Volucella bombylans form plumata?

1,2 and 4 is Cheilosia illustrata, 3 is Criorhina (probably berberina, but i cannot see enough), 5 is Volucella bombylans
