Found both today in a field in Udenhout, the Netherlands, probably the same species but i am not sue.

The first looks like a female Dysmachus trigonus to me.

First one is
Dysmachus trigonus
for sure
The second one, I am almost sure it is the female of
Eutolmus rufibarbis
(I cannot think what else it could be in the NL)
