Can you help me with recognize species Name? Russian Federation, near Volga river, June.

I have only a key for the Raphidioptera occurring in Germany, and this leads to Dichrostigma flavipes. Makarkin et al. (2013, http://www.ssc-ra...karkin.pdf) mention finds in European Russia, so maybe it is the right species!
