Cheilosia is a difficult genus determine from photos. IF there are bristles on the scutellum THEN it fits well to
Cheilosia velutina (flat face, reddish antenna, areas with white pile on tergites, partly yellow legs).

In the original picture it looks that scutellum is bristles. So C. velutina (thanks Antti)

Antti looked at the originals and said that it is still two possibilities: velutina and lasiopa.
