Hello, may be I'm blinded, but I can't find this nice fly awkward
2016, August, 10th, South-West Germany, Baden-Württemberg, near city of Heilbronn, around 245m

it is a male Eristalis arbustorum or abusiva.

We can even say Eristalis arbustorum as the eyes meet for a long distance.
