I guess this is some species of
Phasia, but I doubted when looking at the photographs of
hemiptera. It has a black scutellum, is extensively yellowish at the thorax, and has whitish at the tip of the abdomen. Could still be
hemiptera if that species is extremely variable, but probably it
hemiptera has its cousins?!
Switzerland, Tessin, near Mavaglia, at apporx 1500 m altitude. Alpine meadows, just to be mowed. At Carrots near small road. End of july.
