Hello,
This fly, feeding on Wild Carrot, fascinated me because of its coloured wings and body. There is a gallery picture of Ectophasia crassipennis that bears a certain resemblance. This species seems to be rather variable as to colouring.
I am looking forward to confirmation or correction.

Ity's Ectophasia, and if it is from Berlin, it's bound to be crassipennis.
