Maybe a Glyptomorpha or Coeloides? At least I would say Braconinae.

Googling for images of that species get me three reasonable images that show specimens that have varying degrees of darkening of the absomen and varying degrees of darkening of the legs. So I am not quite certain they all truely display the same species. The above specimen has all black legs and it appears to have some reddish in the wings, too (although that maybe picked up from the background). I am hesitant to call it the same species as the ones in the googled images.

I found a additional picture where you can see it from the side. This species could be very important because it is the natural antagonist of the family of Scolytidae. Richie

According to Kees van Achterberg, Paul was close. It is a species of the genus Atanycolus (Braconinae).
