Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Saropogon from Spain...?

A couples of year ago, the same day... at pyrenees... only this bad photo
I first thought it could be a Dasypogon but it is not a big one, it's medium to small asilidae. Dioctria I think it is not. Could be also Stenopogon...

Interesting!! As far as I know it is not recorded for Spain but it is one of those species expected to be present here indeed Wink
