Very interesting observation.
Tachinidae are 'never' associated with Apocrita (few exceptions only in tropics of the old world, not Palaearctic), any Calyptratae associated with wasps or bees is bound to be a Miltogramminae (Sarcophagidae).
As this one:
Amobia spec.
ID only possibly on male genitalia. However, nearly all material from NL is A. signata. Not so common.
