Difficult to see with the wings out of focus, but this is no Phasia
More something like Graphomyia (Muscidae)

yes, and this implies Muscidae !!
Oke, there is a bend in vein M, but it is very smooth, which clearly indicates Muscidae and not Tachinidae (though exceptions do occur).

So the wing venation was one of the clues in the original post
