Dear friends,

here I have another colorful fly. Perhaps someone can give me a hint, where to look up in the gallery.

Slovenia, near Bovec, 333 m, at 17th of September 2016.

I have more photos from other aspects of that fly.

Not a Phasia because cell r5 is open (i.e., vein M ends in the wing margin rather than R4+5). Looks like Ectophasia.
