Hello! This one was found on a stone beside a river, in Córdoba, Argentina. I have more photos..

This is Efferia (s.l.) sp./ (probably Nerax sp.). -- different sp. from previous fly laying eggs. (This subgroup of Efferia has many Neotropical spp.).
