Fortunately, I have collected the specimen and checked the following:
- Basal 2/3 - 3/4 of hind femora are black which seems to be typical for
S. ribesii males
- Eyes are bare (rules out
S. torvus)
- Second basal cell is completely and evenly covered with microtrichia (rules out
S. vitripennis)
I think this should characterize it as
S. ribesii. However due to a lack of trustworthy literature I am not quite sure.
