This one was near Benasque Huesca, Aragon, Spain, medium Pyrenees (about 1300-1400 meters high). Only this exemplar, in flowers of Angelica archangelica. Sizes about 1 cm long.

To be more specific, Leucozona, possibly Leucozona glaucia but I have no knowledge about your area, so may be there are look-a-likes...
