Hi Miguel,
due to the fact, that submarginal cell 1 looks "much" smaller than smc 2, I'd go for
Eucera sp. (female), rather worn off.
But I'm not 100% sure. If you have collected the specimen, check for further characters.

Eucera oraniensis?
