Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Female Dasypogon ?

Hello,

Seen in Savoy (France), 2007/7/27, 1750 m above sea.

It seems me that the general form is a Dasypogon sp., female (red femora).

Is this correct? Is it possible to choose between D. atratus and D. diadema (the two of the French fauna)?

The abdomen shape and the coulour make me think that it isn't Dasypogon.
