Many thanks for such a full ID Paul - they seem to be pretty common under a shady mixed forest's canopy.

How did you train it to bow and wave so nicely?

Just knock it out for a while and it will behave. Just think the way extremely drunk people are when they are let out of the holding den after they slept it off: very nice to everone and waving.
