I think Sarcophagidae, Miltogramminae. But others are much more knowledgable in these matters, so wait till e.g. Liekele or Theo come by.

Theo can confirm Miltogramminae and the genus is Metopia.
My suggestion is a male of M. campestris.
But we will need Liekele for that decision.
