I am curious: why Eutolmus and not Machimus sp.? As far as I know, males Machimus and Eutolmus are nearly impossible to tell apart as genera.

For some reason I am inclined to think this is Machimus sp. But for the same reason I cannot be sure at all Sad

But this one is quite easy :-) it is very common in the NL. In the top picture you can see that the tab at the hind margin of the last sternite has a swallow(kite)-tailed shape. This is Tolmerus atricapillus.
