One of the smaller Empidoid genera, possibly
Ocydromia
.
Xylophagus species are much larger, body length >1 cm.
Beris
isn't nearly as long-legged is more robust and 'compact'

In the field I claim " new Empididae!", but at home I decided that that it is something else.
"Empidoid" = Empididae?
