Hello Vladimir,
Well, it could be clypeatus, but that would just be a guess, Nowadays there are so many species of Platycheirus (with a lot of look alikes) that it's virtually impossible to identify it from a picture!Sad

It is almost certainly P. clypeatus, since this species is totally dominating in September, and your fly looks exactly like it. The other common species around at this time is P. albimanus, a species with grey spots.
