Hello,
can anyone determine this abuot 12mm long fly taken 1st September 2007, between the Black Forest (north) and the
Upper Rhine / Murg Valley / Southwestern Germany, 165 meters.

I can't see the wing-bases very clearly but it looks like
Linnaemyia
or
Eurithia
etc
