I hope this flies is not Scathophagas?
May be Sciomyzidae?
1-2 and 3 is of different speciec?
Park in Moscow, about 10mm

Picture 1 and 2 are (in my opinion!) a species of Heleomyzidae. Picture 3 is really a Scathophagidae I think. You can see that this last one has a lot more bristles on it's legs than the others!

At least one important reason why none of these flies are Sciomyzidae is, that these have strong vibrissae, below, between mouth- and eye-edge.
Sciomyzidae never have vibrissae like that.
Nice pictures though... hope Gerard has helped you get to the right direction! :-)

The first two are
Suillia (Heleomyzidae) and the 3rd is a scatophagid, probably
Scatophaga.

Am I right that this fly with black forelegs is Suillia too, but another sp.?

Yes, you are right. There is no humeral seta on this heleomyzid and that makes it
Suillia.

And this Scathophaga (3-d fly) identified by Andrey Ozerov as Scathophaga furcata.
