Hello! Is it possible to identify the genus (or species)?
Time and place: 2016-06-18 21:04:00. In the garden. Midlle Ural.
Latitude: North. 56°46'
Longitude: East. 55°45'

Hi, it is a Platycheirus ♂ and belongs to the peltatus-group.
The endlarged and flattended first segment of fore tarsus is typically for males of this genus.
